Program & Activities

Kraze Fitness and Martial Arts provides a basic schedule of events for all campers and then offers additional activities for them to choose from, based on their specific needs and interests.

Our instructors and coaches bring a wealth of experience and talent to the camp, skills which they pass on to campers of all levels. Our flexible activity schedule allows campers to engage in the activities they need the most allowing them to build confidence and learn new skills.

At Kraze Fitness and Martial Arts, our mission is to provide campers with a unique, rewarding and unforgettable summer experience. Our program was designed to accommodate the interests of campers of all backgrounds and personalities.

There is no “one-size-fits-all” program at Kraze Fitness and Martial Arts. Instead, our daily schedule is structured based on camper interest surveys and the observations of our Camp Guides.

Below is an example of a typical daily schedule:

10:15–11 a.m. Second period: Fitness Principle Training 1
11:15 a.m.–noon Third period: Martial Arts (ex. Jiu-Jitsu)
Noon–1 p.m. Lunch
1:15–2 p.m. Rest period- Devotion- Team Development
2:15–3 p.m. Fourth period: Fitness Principle Training 2
3:00-3:15 p.m. Snack- Nutrition Food Group 1
3:15–4 p.m. Fifth Period- Daily Group Activity
4:15-5 p.m. Choice Period
5:00pm. Pick Up

Bullying goes far beyond being roughed up on the schoolyard. Harassment, verbal abuse, exclusion — both in-person and online — are all forms of bullying.

We are dedicated to helping Winston-Salem families learn HOW to develop a bully shield, build healthy relationships, and feel safer in all situations.

In addition to our regular schedule of events, Kraze Fitness and Martial Arts offers a broad choice of additional activities for campers of all ages. This provides an added measure of fun and stimulation, and ensures that everyone is able to participate in activities that suit their needs and interests.
